By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through 8f9.app (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time. These Terms are effective immediately upon your first use of the Platform.
8f9 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered account holders, and any person accessing the Platform from any location. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.
Use of the 8f9 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:
8f9 reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
3.1 Registration. To access real-money services on 8f9, you must register an account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Registration using false information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on 8f9. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (mobile number, password, and any OTP or two-factor authentication code). You must not share your credentials with any third party. 8f9 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify 8f9 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). 8f9 is required to verify the identity of its users in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC) and a selfie photograph. Withdrawal of funds is conditional on satisfactory completion of KYC. 8f9 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your 8f9 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending wagering requirements must be resolved before a final balance can be withdrawn. 8f9 reserves the right to close accounts where these Terms have been breached, where required by law, or where continued operation presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
4.1 Supported Methods. 8f9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Pakistani users: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
4.2 Deposits. All deposits are credited to your 8f9 Wallet. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. 8f9 does not apply platform-side deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within 15–60 minutes of approval; bank transfers within 24 hours. 8f9 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Wallet section of your account at the time of request. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
4.5 Third-Party Payments. Deposits from payment accounts not registered in the account holder's name are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
5.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on 8f9 are subject to these Terms and to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game or market.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. 8f9 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or wager at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event outcome is known, bets placed in error (including erroneous odds), and bets that exceed applicable stake limits.
5.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including technical errors, manifest pricing errors, event cancellation, or where 8f9 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or collusive activity. Voided bets are refunded to the account Wallet at the original stake amount.
5.4 Live Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and removal at any time. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension remain valid unless voided under clause 5.3. 8f9 is not liable for any bets not accepted due to technical issues during live events.
5.5 Casino & RNG Games. All casino games utilising Random Number Generator (RNG) technology are independently certified for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes. Crash game outcomes are provably fair and verifiable by players.

This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 8f9.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights or interests.
